If your FASTag is not working at the toll plaza, please request for the hand scanner to be used. If your FASTag is still not working, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your AXIS FASTag balance should be at least Rs 550
2. Your IDFC FASTag should be at least Rs 99
3. Your truck is blacklisted
