You can view the Advance Payment calculation on the Earning Details page:
1. Go to Money on the Home page
2. Go to Earnings in the Money section
3. Click on the order you want to check
4. You can view the breakup of payments made to you
You can also reach out to your Loading Point to know more:
1. Click on the ongoing order you want to check
2. Scroll down the Order Details page to see the contact of your Loading Point Contact
