You can view order wise payment/deduction details on the earning details page:
1. Go to Money on the Home page
2. Go to Earnings in the Money section
3. Click on the order you want to check
4. View order related payments and deductions
You can also talk to the Loading Point Contact for more help:
1. Click on the ongoing order you want to check
2. On the Order Details page, see the contact of your Loading Point Contact
