After uploading Unloading Document Photos, it takes up to 4 hrs for verification to complete.
If the verification is unsuccessful, take the photos again and re-upload.
Please check for status on the Order Details page:
1. Go to Orders on the Home page
2. Click on the ongoing order you want to check
3. Scroll down and see the status under Unloading Documents
4. You can also contact your Transporter Contact for the same. His contact will be on the same page
