You can only cancel the order on the app only if you have reached the loading point. Otherwise, you can call your Loading Point Contact for help:
1. Click on the ongoing order you want to cancel
2. On the Order Details page, click on the three vertical dots and click on Cancel Order
3. Scroll down the Order Details page to see contact your Loading Point Contact
