You could be facing this problem for one of the below reasons:

1. If you have a diesel card with HPCL DTP: If it is an active card, call HPCL from your registered mobile number at 1800-10-39811 and hotlist the card. If the card is inactive for more than 90 days, call BlackBuck’s Partner Support and request a hotlisting.

2. If you have a diesel card with Direct Reliance Trans-connect: Call Reliance Transconnect customer care from your registered mobile number at 1800223023 to hotlist your card
