Select a truck > Select the diesel card > Click on Change Number > Click on Add New Number > Enter new driver details > Enter the OTP


In case you still face the issue - 

  1. Verify if there are any restrictions for receiving SMS on the device messaging app
  2. Delete older messages with the same Sender ID from the mobile phone to confirm enough space
  3. Check if the messages were routed to the spam folder in his/her device if there's one
  4. Restart the device in order to refresh the connection to the network operator
  5. Insert their SIM card into another device to rule out a faulty device
