What payment methods can I use to top-up?
You may use netbanking, credit or debit cards issued in India, UPI.
How much money can I add?
You cannot have more than Rs 1,00,000 in your BlackBuck Money at any point of time. This includes all credits - via top up, gift cards and refunds. If you need to add more, you have to submit your PAN and the limit will be extended to Rs 10L.
Can I withdraw this as cash?
No, money in the BlackBuck Money is not allowed to be transferred to any bank account, wallet or user accounts.
Can I use the BlackBuck Money to make purchases on any other website or app?
No. The balance in the BlackBuck Money can be used to make purchases only on BlackBuck website/app.
Can I transfer BlackBuck Money balance to another BlackBuck user account?
No. We can refund money you have topped-up back to the source of top-up. It cannot be transferred to any other user account.
What happens to BlackBuck Money if I uninstall the BlackBuck app?
Your BlackBuck Money account will still be active. You can reinstall and use it.
What happens if someone uses my BlackBuck Money balance without my knowledge?
It is your sole responsibility to protect your BlackBuck Money and account. If someone gets unauthorized access to your BlackBuck Money/account, they may use BlackBuck Money balance to purchase products or services on BlackBuck website/app without your knowledge, BlackBuck shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your BlackBuck Money/account to make purchases.
What is the validity period of BlackBuck Money?
BlackBuck Money has an expiry period of 10 years for recharges. For each credit to BlackBuck Money, you shall see a corresponding expiry date.
